I can't say enough how helpful the staff at Solea has been with our stay here. The apartment was spotless when I moved in and the complex is in terrific shape. Parking is plentiful, the grounds are great and the community has been very friendly and respectful to each other. I really enjoy the fast responses to my questions and the location is great for shopping and dining.

I love living at Solea Cinco Ranch! All my friends and neighbors! All the activities! And the outstanding staff! I also love going on cruises. Last year I did 19 cruises and have done 2 this year with 6 more booked. The best part of going on cruises is coming home to Solea Cinco Ranch to my apartment, my bed and my friends and neighbors! I do love living at Solea Cinco Ranch! Of course, I do have to cook my own meals when I’m home - but life’s not perfect. Solea Cinco Ranch is close!

I have been at this complex for about 10 months and want to share my appreciation for the work that Katherine does. Katherine is the first face current and potential residents see here and she has high energy, a great attitude, carries herself well, and cares about the residents and their outcomes. She has helped me many times here, and I am grateful for it. If you are considering moving here, I also wish to say that there are many activities to choose from including, but not limited to, Solea Cinco Ranch sponsored events, community potlucks, exercise classes, and games. The management team and the residents themselves do a great job of keeping things active.

We moved here when they first opened and have been very satisfied with the community. Although we love our apartment and the complex, the biggest plus, for us, is the people living here. There is very much a family atmosphere here. Cody, Kathy, Roc, Byron and Anna are all excellent and very attentive to our needs.

We had an amazing experience when we first came to visit Solea Cinco Ranch. Kathy made us feel very welcomed and gave us a nice tour. She is a sweet, compassionate person who does her best to communicate well with people and answer questions for them. Kathy has a very positive attitude and an outgoing personality which makes her a great asset to Solea Cinco Ranch. My wife and I have lived here since March 1, 2025 and Kathy continues to be very responsive to our needs and any questions we may have. I love the staff, very kind, understanding, helpful,. I’m happy here, I feel safe and always get any assistance I need. I would recommend this apt complex to new people. It’s always clean, always new things to do if you prefer to participate. I love the people. Caring and considerate. Nice and concerned about you. Maintenance are friendly, capable, and always check their work to make sure u are satisfied with their performance. Love it here
