I have been at this complex for about 10 months and want to share my appreciation for the work that Katherine does. Katherine is the first face current and potential residents see here and she has high energy, a great attitude, carries herself well, and cares about the residents and their outcomes. She has helped me many times here, and I am grateful for it. If you are considering moving here, I also wish to say that there are many activities to choose from including, but not limited to, Solea Cinco Ranch sponsored events, community potlucks, exercise classes, and games. The management team and the residents themselves do a great job of keeping things active.

We moved here when they first opened and have been very satisfied with the community. Although we love our apartment and the complex, the biggest plus, for us, is the people living here. There is very much a family atmosphere here. Cody, Kathy, Roc, Byron and Anna are all excellent and very attentive to our needs.

We had an amazing experience when we first came to visit Solea Cinco Ranch. Kathy made us feel very welcomed and gave us a nice tour. She is a sweet, compassionate person who does her best to communicate well with people and answer questions for them. Kathy has a very positive attitude and an outgoing personality which makes her a great asset to Solea Cinco Ranch. My wife and I have lived here since March 1, 2025 and Kathy continues to be very responsive to our needs and any questions we may have. It’s been a wonderful experience so far, here at Solea Cinco Ranch. We’ve had a great opportunity to make new friends!

I love the staff, very kind, understanding, helpful,. I’m happy here, I feel safe and always get any assistance I need. I would recommend this apt complex to new people. It’s always clean, always new things to do if you prefer to participate. I love the people. Caring and considerate. Nice and concerned about you. My parents lived here for 5 years. They moved in when it was first built. They loved the community and the friends that they made. The management team of Cody and Katherine, are friendly, helpful and keep everything running smoothly. My mom was sad to go but needed to move to a higher level of care. She will miss her fabulous friends!

I have lived here for 6 weeks and have been so pleased by the welcome from the Management Team, Cody and Katherine! Their leadership shows in all they do and, hence, the atmosphere within this community. I wasn’t prepared for the numerous activities on site!! My day starts with congenial folks at coffee and then socials, pot lucks, exercise classes, etc. throughout the week. Many activities are resident led but Cody and Katherine lead the way by their support. Bravo to them and Solea Cinco Ranch!
